Join me for the Weekly Reset

Twice a week we gather online and breathe together from the comfort of our own homes, on Wednesday evenings from 20:00 to 21:15 and Sunday mornings from 09:00 to 10:10, Irish time. Life moves around a little throughout the year, so now and then a session may shift because of other commitments, but when that happens we always catch up on another day.

Each session moves at a gentle pace, giving your body time to settle before we go any deeper, and you’re always free to ease off or simply rest and listen. All you need is somewhere comfortable to lie down and a little time set aside for yourself.

€22 a month, around €5 a week
Your membership covers every session we hold, and your first two weeks are free, so you can see how the breath sits with you before anything is charged. If it’s not for you, you can cancel at any time.

  • Two weeks free, with no charge until your trial ends
  • Every Wednesday and Sunday session included
  • €22 a month, cancel whenever you like
What the breath can offer

What people often notice

Everyone’s experience of the breath is a little different, and these are some of the things people in our circle tend to notice over time. Your body is always the guide, so take whatever feels true for you and leave the rest.

Settling stress

Settling stress

As the breath slows and finds its rhythm, many of us notice the body begin to settle and the mind grow a little quieter.

Clearer focus

Clearer focus

After a session your thoughts often feel less crowded, which can make it easier to come back to what matters in your day.

Rest and sleep

Rest and sleep

Some people find an evening session helps them unwind and settle more easily into sleep afterwards.

Meeting emotions

Meeting emotions

The breath gives feelings somewhere to move, so you can meet whatever is there at your own pace, without needing to fix it.

Steadier energy

Steadier energy

Some weeks the practice feels calming and other weeks gently energising, and over time many of us find our energy feels more even.

Listening inward

Listening inward

Breathing with attention helps you notice how your body responds, and that awareness tends to travel with you into the rest of your week.

A steadier ground

A steadier ground

Many people come to the breath when life feels anxious. It isn't a cure or a replacement for other support, though it can become a simple tool you know how to return to.

Coming into the present

Coming into the present

Following the breath brings you back to this moment, again and again, which is a quiet kind of practice in itself.
Why breathe with us

The Weekly Reset circle

The Weekly Reset is a simple, steady place to come back to each week, and here’s a little of what it’s like to be part of it.

Breathing together

There's something about breathing in a group, even through a screen, that helps each of us settle a little deeper than we would on our own.

Different every week

Some sessions are slow and restful and others build a little more energy, so the practice meets you wherever your week has left you.

A small community

Many of us have been breathing together for a while now, and there's always space to share a few words at the end if you'd like to.

A steady rhythm

Having a regular time to show up makes it easier to keep the breath in your life, and I'm always here if you'd like to talk anything through.

Something to carry with you

Over time the breath becomes something you know how to come back to on your own, long after the session has ended.

Whatever brings you to the breath, you’re welcome here exactly as you are. If you have any questions before joining, just send me a message and I’ll be happy to help.
