Cancellation and refunds

The Weekly Reset membership

• Price and renewal. Your membership is €22 a month and renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Free trial. Your first two weeks are free. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won’t be charged anything.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your account on our booking page, or by emailing manabreath11@gmail.com. Your membership stays active until the end of the month you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again after that.
• Refunds. Because every session is open to you from the start of each paid month, we don’t usually refund part of a month. If something has gone wrong, such as a payment taken in error or a session we weren’t able to make up, please get in touch and I’ll put it right.
• Moved sessions. If I need to move a session, I’ll let members know in advance and we’ll catch up on another day.

Your right to cancel

If you’re a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days from signing up to change your mind. As the Weekly Reset begins with a free trial longer than this, you can simply cancel during the trial at no cost. If you choose to start a paid membership straight away and then cancel within 14 days, we’ll refund you, minus a fair amount for the sessions you’ve been able to use.

One-to-one sessions and workplace bookings

Cancellation terms for one-to-one sessions and corporate bookings are agreed with you when you book. If you need to reschedule, please let me know as early as you can and we’ll find another time together.
