My Journey into Breathwork

My first encounter with breathwork was during a pivotal period in my life. I was at a crossroads on the path I was on and I really needed direction. Breathwork pointed me in that direction and it has been filled with lessons and growth.  As a Breathwork Facilitator and retreat leader, I’ve witnessed firsthand the transformative impact this practice can have. Personally, it has allowed me to reconnect with my inner self, release long-held emotions, and find clarity during times of uncertainty. This is why I’m so passionate about helping others discover their true potential through breathwork.

There are many breathwork techniques to explore, but here are two that I often use myself:

    • Conscious Connected Breathing: This technique involves deep, continuous breaths without pauses, creating a flow of energy that can lead to emotional and spiritual breakthroughs.

    • Box Breathing: A structured method where you inhale, hold, exhale, and hold again for equal counts. This technique is excellent for calming the mind and grounding yourself.
